The staff were all wonderful and very accommodating and professional, upgrading me to a stadium view room which I really appreciated given I was unable to board my flight thus had to stay in SJO for an extra night. One thing I wasn't too sure about was the Sauna, the instruction need to be printed out and stuck to the wall outside the Sauna so we know how to operate it. The room was incredible and very clean, food was great and the views too. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and definitely recommend it. 30 mins to and from the hotel.

Location - just outside La Sabana, a big park for leisure activities Room - one of the best sleep i had in years. Bed si super comfortable. Views - uninterrupted view of all of San jose Gym, pool and spa - very well appointed and not crowded at all Staff are friendly and professional The cloud restaurant - breakfast and dinner is amazing. A lot of choices and delicious food.

Oszel

Extremely well appointed rooms, epic views of the sunset, district lights and stadium. Great facilities - pool, gym and sauna. Wonderful staff and food. perfect location. IMO the best place to stay in San Jose, Costa Rica, hands down.
